Physiotherapist Assistant

We are a physiotherapy clinic with an excellent and friendly work environment, and we are looking for a caring and motivated Physiotherapy Assistant (Part time) to join our team. We value people who are supportive, and eager to integrate into our collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physiotherapists during treatments when needed.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
• Process patient payments and submit claims to insurance providers.
• Welcome and support patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Help maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of anatomy (formal education not required, but an asset).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Friendly, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills are considered a strong asset.
