Rolled Ice Cream Artisan (a.k.a. Ice Cream Bartender)

Location: Vancouver Island
Job Type: Seasonal / Part-time / Full-time (flexible)

About the Role

Imagine being a bartender… but instead of cocktails, you’re serving smiles, laughter, and the most creamy, beautiful, hand-made rolled ice cream on Vancouver Island.

We’re looking for positive, independent, responsible, respectful, and reliable people who love working with the public and aren’t afraid to put on a show while they work. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, good vibes, and making people’s day better—this job is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hand-crafting rolled ice cream right in front of customers (it’s part dessert, part performance)
  • Chatting with customers and creating a fun, welcoming experience
  • Taking orders and handling payments confidently
  • Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and food-safe
  • Working independently while still being a great team player
  • Bringing positive energy—even on busy days

  • No rolled ice cream experience needed — we’ll train you
