Full job description

The Restaurant Server is part of the Food and Beverage team, responsible for contributing to a positive experience guest experience in the restaurant. Main duties include, but are not limited to, a la carte dining service, cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, proper food handling procedures, up selling, following opening and closing procedures and providing a seamless Guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for full table service (order taking, food running and bussing tables)
• Prepare and deliver all food and beverages in a timely manner
• Efficiently operate restaurant POS and complete cash-out at end of shift
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Food Safe Level 1 certification required
• Follow all procedures outlined in the Team Member Handbook
• Promote a safe work environment paying particular attention to food and beverage safety

Qualifications

• One (1) year of serving experience
• Must have Food Safe Level 1 certification
• Must have current Serving It Right certificate
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills, multilingual is considered an asset

Considerations

Ideal candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. These roles do require being able to stand for extended periods of time and being able lift up to 20lbs. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task during peak service.

Starting wage for this role is $17.60 per hour plus gratuities.
