We are seeking skilled and motivated Carpenters to join our growing team in a full-time, permanent position. This role involves hands-on work in both residential and commercial settings, performing everything from new builds to renovations and repairs.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for craftsmanship. You’ll be working closely with supervisors, clients, and fellow tradespeople to deliver high-quality results that bring design visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute projects.
  • Assist supervisors with structural design, layout, and installation.
  • Perform installation and repair of doors, windows, stairs, drywall, cabinets, siding, and other fixtures.
  • Build foundations, floor systems, subflooring, walls, and roof systems.
  • Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health, and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial wooden structures.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Completion of a recognized carpentry apprenticeship or current enrollment in one.
  • Equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proven experience with door, window, and siding installation.
  • Physically fit with the stamina and strength to handle demanding work.
  • Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
