Store Manager – Cannabis Retail (Growth Opportunity)

We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead a small, tight-knit retail team. This role is ideal for someone who has some leadership experience and is ready to grow into a stronger manager over time.

You don’t need to be a long-time store manager, but you do need to be someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and wants to develop people.

You’ll be supported by an experienced District Manager and HR Leader, with a focus on mentorship and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities (includes and is not limited to)

• Train to lead day-to-day store operations and support a small team of budtenders

• Continue our positive, accountable team environment

• Build our customer count and sales through engagement and top shelf service

• Coach staff and help them to grow

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and store organization

• Ensure compliance with all cannabis retail regulations

• Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and reporting

• Support hiring, training, and performance management

• Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-focused store

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience or team lead

• Hands-on leadership style with strong accountability

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to coach and motivate a small team

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Interest in cannabis and willingness to learn

• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)

• Must be 19+

• Must have a driver’s License for deliveries
