Massage Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
• Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic operations
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

Requirements

• Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness treatments
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic approach
• Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to client needs
• Prior experience in a therapeutic or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with wellness industry standards

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
