Caker Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cakes according to company standards

• Ensure consistent quality, appearance, and freshness

• Monitor finished product inventory and reduce waste

• Track ingredient usage and assist with ordering

• Support product display and help drive cake sales

• Maintain a clean and food-safe workspace

• Work efficiently and support the team during busy hours

Baker Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other products according to company recipes

• Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards

• Measure, mix, and handle ingredients accurately

• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper results

• Manage daily production and maintain sufficient stock levels

• Check and control ingredient usage, reduce waste

• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards

• Support team operations during busy hours

Requirements

• Experience in cake decorating or bakery preferred

• Detail-oriented and responsible

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Richmond Hill, ON L4C 5G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
