Who Are We Looking For?

  • A BC Registered Physiotherapist ready for a refreshing, supportive clinic culture.
  • A practitioner who thrives in inclusive, forward-thinking environments.
  • Someone passionate about collaboration, empowerment, and flexible, balanced care.
  • Open-minded professionals eager to bring their best without the drama.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Evaluating patients through physical examinations, functional ability tests, and observations to identify issues related to pain, mobility, and overall physical function. This initial assessment informs the physiotherapy diagnosis and guides subsequent treatment plans.
  • Developing and Implementing Treatment Plans: Creating personalized rehabilitation programs based on each patient’s unique needs and goals. These plans often include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, massage, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, and other modalities designed to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
  • Patient Education and Home Exercise Guidance: Advising patients on proper techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries. Educating patients and their families helps ensure that care extends beyond the clinic.
  • Monitoring Progress and Adjusting Treatment: Tracking each patient’s progress throughout the rehabilitation process and modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes. This includes conducting regular evaluations to measure improvements and address any setbacks.
  • Documentation and Interdisciplinary Communication: Maintaining detailed clinical records, treatment plans, and progress notes. Physiotherapists also communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, coordinated care.
