Experienced Dental Receptionist

We are hiring a Dental Receptionist with:

• Minimum 1 year Canadian dental office experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong English communication skills – written and spoken (required)
• Exceptional customer service skills – professional, calm, solutions-focused
• High emotional intelligence – able to read situations, communicate respectfully, and handle sensitive patient concerns
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Ability to take direction well and follow office protocols
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, check-in, and check-out patients
• Manage phone calls and email communication
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Process payments and direct billing
• Verify insurance
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow privacy protocols
• Support the team with administrative and clinical coordination tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Canadian dental office experience
• Dental practice management software knowledge (preferably Tracker)
• Ability to problem-solve and communicate clearly
• Professional presentation and phone manner

Hours & Compensation:

• Full-Time, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturdays are MANDATORY
• Competitive pay (based on experience)

Pay: $25.00-$36.00 per hour
