Golf Club Staff

Overview

Summit Golf Club is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team! We are hiring line cooks, food and beverage servers and golf operations staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs upon arrival at the club
• Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions about the course and amenities
• Handle cash transactions accurately at the pro shop or food service areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food and beverage areas and golf operations area (depending on your job location)
• Support food and beverage service when applicable, including taking orders and serving guests (applicable to serving position)
• Support the Executive and Sous Chef in preparing meals accurately and in a timely manner (applicable to line cooks)
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and presentable
• Uphold safety standards and promote a welcoming environment for all guests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to varying duties throughout the day
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or special events as needed
• A positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for providing outstanding guest experiences

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
