At The Rosemount Inn, we believe exceptional hospitality begins with a genuine welcome. We're looking for a Front Desk Agent who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, personalized service.

You are:

  • Friendly, professional, and compassionate individual who has a passion for creating experiences for our guests.
  • An individual who pays attention to detail and who works well under pressure. You have an eye for presentation and an acute sense of design. We pride ourselves on perfect execution, so this is a must.
  • A professional communicator over email, phone, and text. We use a text concierge system for our guests, so the majority of guest interactions are through text. Social media skills are an asset.
  • Knowledgeable of Kingston and the surrounding areas, so you are able to give advice and activity suggestions to guests.
  • Looking forward to being physically active! There is much walking, standing, bending, and stooping during a shift. You must be able to lift 40lbs without assistance and be comfortable climbing our many staircases.
  • Available weekends and holidays

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responding to phone calls and emails

Assisting with other duties as required:

  • Laundry and pressing linens
  • Planning and hosting small, private events

Pay: $20.00 per hour
