Day Camp Counsellor

Math Plus Tutors Learning Centre is a leading provider for STEM, Art Classes, and Summer Day Camps for children. The successful candidate will work with children ages 5-12 through Math Plus Tutors' Summer Day Camp on learning science, geography, technology, engineering, and math while having fun activities. He/she will be also teaching children art concepts, styles, and working with them on creating their own master pieces.

Job Description:

· Plan and prepare day camp activities for children

· Engage children in learning by simplifying the concepts

· Create a welcoming environment for all participants

· Lead by example to help participants work as a team

· Make learning fun and beneficial for all participants

Qualifications

• Working towards a B. Sc. or B.A. is preferable
• 1-2 years of experience working with children is a must
• Local candidates only please (Sarnia-Lambton)
• Self-motivated and can work in a group
• Leadership skills

Pay: $17.60 per hour
