Territory & Operations Associate

Weed Pool Cannabis Cooperative is looking to add a Territory Sales & Operations Associate to the team.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role designed for someone early in their career who wants exposure across operations, logistics, and sales. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse and delivery functions while also contributing to customer relationships and territory growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentand is excited to take on a variety of responsibilities within a small, collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Warehouse & Operations

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders with a high level of accuracy
• Support inventory management, organization, and stock replenishment
• Assist with receiving inbound shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

Delivery & Logistics

• Complete regional deliveries in a timely, professional manner
• Ensure accuracy and care when handling outgoing orders
• Act as a strong representative of the business when interacting with customers

Sales & Account Support

• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners
• Support outbound outreach and day-to-day account management
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts within the territory
• Assist with product education and promotional initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience (recent grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong work ethic with a “do whatever it takes” attitude
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working across multiple functions in a small team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable with regular driving

Nice to Have

• Exposure to sales, customer service, or operations
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or similar industries
