Veterinary Technician

We are looking to add to our growing team of veterinary staff . At this time we are looking for knowledgeable and reliable Veterinary Technician to add to our growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to utilize their technical abilities and will also be required to apply their excellent interpersonal skills as a part of our team dedicated to providing quality, compassionate care, and client education.
Responsibilities include assisting during surgeries and X rays, lab work, blood collection, exam room tech and animal restraint. Other duties include answering phones, booking appointments, admitting/discharging patients, handling payments and general housekeeping duties.

The ideal candidate will be a team player but can also work independently. This person must be motivated, out-going, reliable and be willing to learn new things. We are looking for someone who possesses veterinary clinic experience, the ability to multi-task and has excellent customer service skills.

Must be available to work weekends (we're open 7 days a week)

Wage is based on work ethic and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience:
