Poutineville Bishop is a popular and highly acclaimed poutine restaurant located in the vibrant Bishop Street. We are dedicated to delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests by offering a wide selection of delicious poutine creations made with the finest ingredients. Position: Server

Age: 18+

Salary: $12.90/hour +Tips

Responsibilities:

-Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable

-Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

-Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our menu items and poutine combinations

-Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation

-Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally

-Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow

-Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience

-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations

-Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately

-Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferably

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including poutine varieties

-Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

-Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service

-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
