On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 CE for an 8 month contract role. This position is a remote position with no onsite requirements.

Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 CE - Job Description:
The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of CRM solutions, focusing on Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities such as Field Service, Case Management, and Customer Engagement. The role involves ensuring that the architecture aligns with business requirements and the technical implementation is sound.

Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 CE - Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities
• Provide architectural leadership across functional, technical, integration, and data domains
• Develop solution architecture/blueprints, including functional, technical, and integration aspects
• Create and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Assist in high-level project planning and sprint planning
• Conduct Solution Blueprint/Fit-Gap Analysis
• Review and guide the development of Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Ensure architecture governance through design reviews and RAID alignment

Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 CE - Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)
• B.A./ B.SC/ B.COM in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline
• 7-10 years of consulting or relevant work experience
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Service modules
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling and security models
• Experience with Azure services for integrations

Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 CE – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus
• Familiarity with architectural decision logs and design review outputs
• Experience in creating and maintaining project plans and sprint planning
• Understanding of application security approaches
• Knowledge of testing approaches, including accessibility and performance testing

This is an 8 month contract position.
