As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help create a memorable experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Duties

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Engage with clients to understand their hair care goals and offer personalized recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling transactions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for clients.
• Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within the salon environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products confidently.

• MUST be a licensed hairstylist in order to be considered for the position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$30.00 per hour
