E-Leads Coordinator / Front Desk Support

Permanent Full-Time position:
Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
Saturdays: As Needed with day off during the week
(There is a possibility to work more hours on an as needed basis.)

You are a very outwardly friendly, cheerful, outgoing and helpful individual. Automotive experience is an asset, but not required.

Duties include greeting customers, switchboard, and Sales Administration.

Some knowledge of Microsoft products is an asset. (Word, Excel Outlook etc.)

We are located on Mavis Road, just south of the 401 in Mississauga.

E-Lead Sales Consultant Tasks

1) Provides advice, information on new and used cars e-lead prospects based on standards of gross profit, volume and the satisfaction of dealership clientele.

2) Acts as a principal contact between the Sales Department and the prospective vehicle customer.

3) Primary goals are to provide customer satisfaction and maximize dealership opportunities for sales of New and Pre-Owned vehicles.

Remuneration: $18-$20 per hour
