Our ever-changing beer list pairs with our one-of-a-kind menu focusing on artisan pizzas. Our love for beer is carried through all of our dishes! We're looking for a cook passionate about food & craft beer to join our kitchen team! Part time position available for days, evenings & weekends. We offer a flexible schedule and a fun and supportive atmosphere!

Requirements:

- 2 years kitchen experience

- Craft beer knowledge

- Personable & Friendly team player

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with awareness of your surroundings

- General knowledge of food safety practices

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and prep stations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
• Serve customers by providing friendly and prompt service when needed
• Follow proper food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols is advantageous
• Experience in the food industry, especially in meal preparation or pizza making, is a plus
• Strong understanding of food handling standards and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
