Job Title: Cleaning Associate
Location: Burnaby or Various Locations
Pay: $25/hour + Car Allowance

Job Description:
We’re not looking for average cleaners. We’re building a team of detail-oriented professionals who take pride in leaving a space truly clean, not just “done.” If your standard is “good enough”, this role is NOT for you. If your standard is “I double-check before I leave”, keep reading.

Duties:

• Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces
• Clean washrooms and restock supplies
• Remove garbage and recycling
• Maintain kitchens, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Travel between job sites as needed
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with team members and managers

Non-Negotiables:

• At least 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both)
• Strong attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Willingness to work night shifts when needed
• Valid driver’s license (car is a plus, not required)
• Comfortable traveling to different job sites
