**LOOKING FOR OTAs SERVING TORONTO & BRAMPTON AREA**

Cubhouse Pediatric Therapy is a growing, family-centred, mobile pediatric occupational therapy practice providing warm, collaborative, and evidence-based support to children and families within their natural environments.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. This role involves delivering play-based, goal-directed intervention under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist, supporting children ages 2–18 across home, school, daycare, and community settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for OTAs who enjoy meaningful one-to-one work with children, flexible scheduling, and being part of a supportive, values-driven pediatric team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized OT intervention sessions under the guidance and supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist in areas including: Fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, handwriting and visual-motor skills, ADLs, play skills, and more.
  • Facilitate engaging, play-based sessions tailored to each child’s interests, strengths, and goals
  • Support caregiver education and carryover strategies as outlined by the supervising OT
  • Document sessions using clear, professional SOAP notes in alignment with COTO and Cubhouse standards
  • Communicate regularly with the supervising OT regarding client progress, concerns, and plan updates
  • Maintain organized caseload management and timely documentation
  • Uphold culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming practice
  • Participate in team meetings and supervision.
