Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)

About Us

We are a growing beauty salon dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality beauty treatments. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with a warm and professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Recommend salon services and retail products
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with client check-in and check-out
  • Coordinate with technicians and staff regarding daily appointments
  • Handle customer questions and resolve minor concerns professionally
  • Monitor inventory of front desk supplies
  • Support daily salon operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
  • Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and booking software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and punctual
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Weekend availability preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a beauty salon, spa, or medical aesthetics clinic
  • Sales or retail experience
  • Social media experience (Instagram, TikTok) is a bonus
  • Knowledge of skincare, beauty products, or cosmetic services
