Personal Support Worker

Job Summary

I am seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Personal Support Worker to assist me getting ready in the mornings 5 days/week. It is a perminent part-time position offering 1.5 hours /shift totaling 7.5 hours per week at $25/hour less deductions. Occasionally the hours would increase upon doing additional responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to me in my home.

- Bathing, grooming and dressing.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to my requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following hygiene protocols and cleaning procedures.
- Occasionally go grocery shopping and wash and put the groceries away according to my requirements.
- Occasionally drive me to out of city Dr.'s appointments.
- Occasionally travel with me on holidays. Compensation for this wil be per day flat rate. All expenses and meals will be provided.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness in living areas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build good rapport.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
