Soutien essentiel aux divisions Retail, Teamwear et Promotionnel : gestion des commandes, coordination du branding, réponses clients et appui au développement commercial.

Responsabilités

Service & ventes

· Point de contact client.

· Répondre aux courriels/téléphones.

· Conseils produits et prix

· Soumissions et suivis post-livraison.

Commandes

· Traitement des commandes.

· Coordination artworks et branding.

· Suivi avec l'approvisionnement/production.

· Communication proactive des mises à jour.

· Support aux distributeurs Teamwear.

Développement & administration

· Appels sortants visant à générer des opportunités.

· Mise à jour des dossiers clients.

· Assurer le soutien aux communications promotionnelles

· Contribution au développement des catégories produits.

· Appui à l’analyse de données.

· Qualifications

Requis

· 3 à 5 ans en soutien client/ventes/coordination.

· Expérience B2B.

· Français/anglais.

· Organisation, autonomie, collaboration.

· Maîtrise d’Excel.

· Connaissance du commerce de détail

Atouts

· Produits promotionnels, vêtements, sport ou impression.

· Systèmes ERP.

· Connaissance du branding.

Position Summary

Provides essential support to Retail, Teamwear, and Promotional divisions: order management, branding coordination, customer communication, and commercial development.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

· Main contact for clients.

· Professional phone/email responses.

· Product, customization, and pricing guidance.

· Preparation of quotes and proposals.

· Post-delivery follow-up.

Order Management

· Processing orders from all sales channels.

· Coordinating artworks and branding requirements.

· Working with purchasing and production to ensure accuracy and deadlines.

· Communicating updates and potential issues.
