Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Information Technology Analyst to strengthen our IT team. The successful candidate will support our core infrastructure, which includes Windows servers, Epicor ERP systems, network equipment, and end-user systems.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically strong professional who enjoys problem-solving, continuous learning, and contributing to a collaborative manufacturing environment. The position offers career growth opportunities in enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and ERP administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for company computers, servers, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Administer and enhance data and voice networks (wired, wireless, VPN).
  • Assist with planning, procurement, and implementation of new IT hardware, software, and ERP upgrades.
  • Support infrastructure and ERP projects, including modernization initiatives.
  • Deliver employee training on technology use and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and network assets.
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in IT improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience in system administration, network support, or ERP support within a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025), Active Directory, Group Policy, firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks.
  • Exposure to Epicor ERP or similar enterprise systems (an asset).
  • Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), LAN/WAN administration, and enterprise tools such as Dell KACE, Backup Exec, or Trellix.

  • This is a salaried position (average 44 hours/week) with occasional after-hours support as required.
