Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic pickleball coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels
• Teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies to beginners and advanced players alike
• Monitor players’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate continuous improvement
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including proper use of equipment
• Organize friendly matches, drills, and tournaments to encourage community engagement
• Maintain a clean and organized court environment, including equipment setup and storage
• Communicate effectively with participants to foster a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes fun and learning

Skills

• Proven experience in teaching or coaching pickleball or similar racquet sports
• Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and game strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of players
• Ability to demonstrate proper technique through clear instruction and live demonstrations
• Basic swimming skills are a plus for outdoor or aquatic facility settings
• Passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a lively environment

Pay: $40.00 per hour
