Production Foreman – Powder Coating

We are seeking an experienced Day Shift Production Foreman to lead our powder coating production line. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure production targets and quality standards are met, and lead a team in a safe, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily powder coating production.
• Schedule jobs, manage colour changes, and assign work.
• Ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion of orders.
• Train, coach, and support production employees.
• Work with shipping and office staff to prioritize production.
• Monitor productivity, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.
• Powder coating, paint line, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable using computers for scheduling and reporting.
• Forklift experience is an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
