We have intentionally created a relaxed, supportive space with a non-clinical feel that helps both clients and clinicians feel at ease. We value authenticity, compassion, and creating meaningful therapeutic relationships.

We are looking for a contractor who is interested in building a consistent private practice while maintaining professional independence within a supportive environment.

We ask clinicians to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 client sessions per week. While referrals naturally fluctuate, our practice receives a steady flow of inquiries.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individual counselling services to clients.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Practice ethically and in accordance with your professional regulatory body.
  • Manage your client relationships and communicate directly with clients as appropriate.
  • Participate in consultation when desired.

Qualifications

  • Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Psychologist in good standing with your regulatory body.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in counselling, psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A commitment to providing compassionate, client-centred care.

What We Offer

  • Competitive fee split
  • A warm, relaxed, and welcoming practice environment.
  • Administrative support, including responding to new referrals, coordinating intake, scheduling new clients, and billing.
  • An established online presence and ongoing referrals to support the growth of your caseload.
  • Flexibility to create your own schedule.
  • Professional autonomy while being part of a collaborative practice.
  • Consultation and peer support as desired.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Values creating a safe, accepting, and inclusive space for clients.
  • Enjoys working independently while appreciating the support of a collaborative practice.
  • Is motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload.
  • Brings warmth, professionalism, and authenticity to their work.
