Position Summary

Bid Boss Inc. is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to run daily operations at its Etobicoke facility. The work is manifest-driven and hands-on, requiring close attention to detail where the work is precise, and a strong, steady approach where the work is physical. Accurate scanning and cataloguing are central to the role, as listing quality directly affects final sale value. This is a full-time position suited to a dependable person seeking steady, ongoing work rather than casual shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload pallets of mixed, unsorted merchandise
• Work from an assigned manifest to inspect, grade, and catalogue incoming inventory on the company platform, with accurate photos and descriptions
• Move pallets and skids, and place catalogued items in their correct rack locations
• Prepare and package orders for customer pickup and shipping
• Maintain warehouse organization and follow all safety procedures
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
• Basic English communication
• Works well within a team
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable using a handheld scanner or app and completing basic computer tasks
• Seeking full-time, ongoing work, with availability on Saturdays
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a criminal background / police record check
• No prior experience required; full on-site training is provided

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and move for extended periods
• Able to regularly lift and carry items up to approximately 50 lbs

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday availability is required; some flexibility is possible in the remaining scheduled days

Compensation

• $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
• Paid biweekly
