On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Content Designer - Digital Products (UX writing for Online Web) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Content Designer - Digital Products (UX writing for Online Web) - Job Description:
As a member of the Online Banking Team, this designer will work on the bank’s Digital Servicing experiences, focusing on creating simplified self-service online banking features. The role involves supporting a new initiative aimed at reducing calls to advice centers and branches by enhancing online self-service capabilities.

Content Designer - Digital Products (UX writing for Online Web) - Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and identify client problems
  • Create and evaluate potential solutions for online flows
  • Develop, test, and translate content for digital products
  • Support product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers, and QA teams
  • Work on projects like improving search experiences and credit card switch flows

Content Designer - Digital Products (UX writing for Online Web) - Mandatory Skills:
  • 4-7 years of content experience in digital product (UX writing for web and apps)
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Lean UX/Agile project management environments
  • Comfortable with Figma and Confluence
  • Basic understanding of Interaction design and Visual Design
  • Experience with usability research focused on content
  • Ability to edit to the main client message and communicate design rationale

Content Designer - Digital Products (UX writing for Online Web) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Mural
  • Familiarity with Jira
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders
  • Experience with Mobile-first content solutions
  • Experience in conversational design and AI capabilities
