SHUTTLE BUS DRIVER

Job Title: Part-Time Shuttle Bus Driver

Reporting To: Supervisors/Operations Manager/General Manager

Job Description: You are a primary service ambassador who is responsible for providing safe, prompt and courteous transportation of customers to and from our parking facility and the Calgary Airport departure and arrivals terminals.

Key Tasks of the Role:

· Greet each customer with a smile, offering to load/unload their luggage onto the bus.

· Provide quick and pleasant customer service and satisfaction.

· Follow all established procedures for Shuttle Drivers, including pre-trip inspections, designated routes, accurate record-keeping, and professional effective radio communication with dispatch.

· Maintain accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area in order to answer questions and provide helpful information to our customers.

· Maintain a clean, pleasant, and calm environment inside the shuttle (including but not limited to, windows rolled up, interior lights on, no air freshener spraying, no items on the dashboard, and no food on shuttle).

· Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers.

· Follow the rules of the road ensuring that you drive at or below the posted speed limit. Comply with all YYC drop off and pick up procedures.

· Keep your shuttle clean (interior and exterior windows).

· Comply with all uniform and appearance guidelines.

· Follow all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.

· Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management, especially during downtimes.

· Ability to work with flexible availability to perform regular maintenance of shuttle bus, snow removal and assist with shuttle bus duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Demonstrate exemplary customer service experience.

· Alberta Class 4 Drivers License with current driver’s abstract report.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Successful completion of Shuttle Driver Training.

· Ability to promptly follow directions from management and co-workers.

· Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language.

· Be a positive team player who works to achieve the customer service goals each shift while creating a safe working environment for our customers and team members.
