**Retail Sales Associate/Supervisor**
**Overview:**
Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Associate/ Supervisor where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Salary will be paid as per experience and Labour Standard
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
- Technology Exprience are added advantage
