Marketing Coordinator

UNICE Dental Art is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.

As one of Alberta’s leading full-service dental laboratories, UNICE provides advanced digital dental solutions to clinics across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, graphic design, event coordination, and working with different teams to bring marketing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, price catalogues, advertisements, and digital content
  • Edit photos and short-form videos for social media and promotional use
  • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials
  • Assist with website content updates and email marketing campaigns
  • Communicate with vendors, dental clinics, speakers, and internal departments
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
  • Organize digital assets, marketing files, and promotional materials
  • Perform other marketing and administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or graphic design is preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software
  • Experience with photography and video editing is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the dental, healthcare, or medical industry is an asset but not required
