Customer Service Representative

Amico Bakery is a family run bakery seeking a Bakery Attendant with a friendly, approachable, passionate and customer service oriented attitude.
Full-time & Part-time Positions Available

Essential Job Function:

• Serving customers and selling sweet and savoury products in the retail store front and collecting payment.
• Dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Knowledge/description of all sweet and savoury items for sale.
• Prepare and serve various espresso based coffee drinks.
• Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
• Answering phone and retrieving voicemail messages.
• Ability to take custom orders over the phone and in person.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment.
• Working as a team member and assisting in other areas as needed.
• Must be willing to work weekends and some holidays.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience.
• English speaking.
• Ability to work in a standing position for entire shift.
• Punctual, reliable and ability to work in fast paced environment during peak times.
• Friendly, helpful and approachable.
• Maintain Amico Bakery's high standards for product freshness and sanitation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Quick learner, self-motivated and strong work ethic
• Presentable appearance and well groomed.
