Residential Construction Laborer (Entry-Level Friendly)

Looking to start a career in construction? Want steady weekday hours and your evenings and weekends free?

Olympic RTMs Sask is growing and hiring a Residential Construction Laborer to join our team. No extensive experience required — we provide on-the-job training.

You’ll work alongside our Project Management team to help coordinate and support the construction of homes at our Regina/Pilot Butte facility.

What You’ll Do

  • Help ensure job sites follow safety standards
  • Check completed work and assist with basic inspections
  • Communicate with team members about required duties
  • Help coordinate materials and deliveries with suppliers
  • Support scheduling of trades and service work
  • Assist with basic construction or adjustments as needed on new homes

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in construction or home building
  • Willingness to learn — training provided
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay organized and follow instructions
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team
  • Basic experience with tools is helpful, but not required
