JOB SUMMARY

Pay: CA$25.00 per hour

Dr. Deluce is an Ob/Gyn practitioner in Stratford Ontario, with over 5 years of practise in beautiful Stratford, Ontario.

Responsibilities Include (not limited to):

  • Greet patients and assist them with intake paperwork and screening.
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmation and communication with referring physicians.
  • Answering phone line, communicating patient messages and managing faxes.
  • Data entry into EMR including clinical and financial information.
  • Coordinate patient flow including leading patients to examination rooms, weight and blood pressure measurement and cleaning rooms between patients.
  • Arranging patient referrals and investigations as directed.
  • Establish office procedures including documentation of such.
  • Occasional third-party attendance if requested during patient medical exams.
  • Maintain inventory and place orders, ensure examination rooms are well stocked.
  • Assist with other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field and/or a medical office assistant diploma.
  • At least one year of related work experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical terminology (asset).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Accuro EMR (asset).
  • Ability to obtain a clear police check.
  • Adhere to professional standards, policies and procedures.
