Bilingual Real Estate Investment Specialist

Job Summary

MJ Group is seeking a Bilingual Real Estate Investment Specialist to work with French and English-speaking investors across Canada interested in investing in real estate opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with French and English-speaking investors.
Present our exclusive real estate investment opportunities.
Conduct virtual and in-person consultations with prospective investors.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
Coordinate with lenders, lawyers, developers, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions.
Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Fluent in French and English (required).
Experience in real estate, investment sales, or a related field is a definite asset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Passion for real estate investing and helping clients achieve their investment goals.
