Full job description
Our team is growing! We are currently looking for a registered psychologist or psychological associate with an interest in providing psychological assessment services for adults querying neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. We have immediate opportunities for our Toronto and Guelph area offices.

· Psychological assessment and intervention for children, youth, and adults

· Supervised Psychological Services
· Specialized supports, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders
· Psychological assessment and supervised psychological treatment through Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB)
· Mental health and wellness programs for first responders
· Partnerships with Indigenous communities throughout Ontario

Qualifications/Requirements
You will:
· Be registered or eligible to be registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) – in autonomous or supervised practice.
· Be authorized to serve adults.
· Have two (2) years or more of experience (preferred; not required for individuals in supervised practice).
· Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
· Have excellent problem-solving, time-management, organizational and communication skills.
· Experience working with and/or in First Nations communities is an asset but not required.
Responsibilities:
· Complete psychological assessments with adults querying Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and/or other neurodevelopmental and mental health disorders (e.g., anxiety, mood, trauma, etc.).
·Prepare a written report containing assessment results, diagnostic considerations, and recommendations.
·Complete a feedback meeting with the client, family, and other stakeholders (e.g., school personnel, service navigators, etc.), as appropriate.
· Other responsibilities as assigned.
