Server - Fall

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team thia fall. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities that include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing memorable dining experiences. Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tables effectively and demonstrating strong time management skills

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for those new to the industry
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
