Dishwasher

Catherine Place is an independent retirement residence located in the heart of St. Boniface. We are looking for high energy people who are fluent in English to work in our retirement residence. Responsibilities include clearing and cleaning dishes and some kitchen aide work. Assisting residents where needed. Be able to operate restaurant style dishwasher. Well organized with the knowledge of proper sanitation procedures.

There is one part time position available.

MUST HAVE OPEN and MAINTAIN OPEN AVAILABILITY -7 Days a week between 6:30 AM-6:30 PM (weekdays and weekends)

Must have City of Winnipeg valid and up to date criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.

Excellent communication skills in English both with comprehension and speaking are a must.

The right candidates must have the ability to work as a team member or independently.

Summary

As a Dishwasher, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, your core responsibilities include dishwashing and ensuring that all kitchenware is spotless and ready for use. Your premium skills in cleaning and prior restaurant or kitchen experience will help uphold our high standards of hygiene. Strong communication skills in English will facilitate teamwork and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
