The Opportunity

Jayden’s Mechanical is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Sheet Metal Worker to join our elite team of highly valued

field professionals. We are a privately owned, rapidly expanding business built on a foundation of exceptional

craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and

mathematical skills to fabricate, layout, and install precision sheet metal systems directly from blueprints. This is an

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize production: Maximize efficiency while fabricating and installing complex HVAC systems.
• Interpret blueprints: Utilize architectural drawings and technical specifications for precise layout and assembly.
• Execute fabrication: Cut, shape, assemble, and install a wide variety of custom sheet metal products.
• Enforce safety: Maintain zero-compromise safety standards across all job site operations and activities.
• Manage equipment: Safely operate and maintain company-issued vehicles and specialized fabrication tools.
• Uphold compliance: Adhere strictly to Jayden’s Mechanical internal policies, procedures, and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of professional sheet metal fabrication and installation experience.
• Prior experience on commercial job sites is highly advantageous but not required.
• Valid driver’s license accompanied by a clean, insurable driving abstract.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a highly accountable approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to execute tasks independently while collaborating seamlessly with the broader crew.
• Professional communication skills to effectively represent the company to clients and stakeholders.
