Aesthetician Assistant/Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist /Aesthetician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to assist callers
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Schedule appointments
• Assist with treatments
• Assist with administrative tasks as required to support office operations.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience with Laser hair removal and general knowledge and willingness to learn other Laser techniques.

• Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a medical office setting.
• Experience with Accuro software is preferred
• Strong clerical and administrative skills with proficiency in computer systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with filing systems and office equipment is preferred.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
