Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. In this role, you will make sure guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests. You will also train, support, and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team.
• Assign daily tasks and work schedules.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to make sure they are clean and meet company standards.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and company expectations.
• Order and keep track of cleaning supplies and linens.
• Respond to guest requests and help resolve complaints.
• Work closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to prepare rooms on time.
• Make sure all staff follow health and safety rules.
• Help create a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a hotel.
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods and safe use of cleaning products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• WHMIS Certification is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
