The Opportunity

As a Plumber at Jayden's Mechanical, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing

systems for commercial and residential projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge, a commitment to

safety, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship while working independently and as part of a team. The

successful candidate will interpret drawings and specifications, troubleshoot plumbing issues, and help ensure projects

are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing system installations, repairs, maintenance, and retrofits (commercial & residential)
• Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective, efficient solutions.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and attention to detail on every project.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Safely operate and maintain company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers to support successful project completion.
• Maximize productivity while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber (preferred) or registered 4th-Term Apprentice Plumber.
• Commercial plumbing experience is considered a strong asset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional customer-service approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage priorities and contribute to successful project outcomes.
