Lusi’s Italian Kitchen & Pizzeria is a family-owned restaurant known for our warm hospitality and Italian food. We’re looking for skilled, reliable, and passionate kitchen professionals to join our team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

We are currently hiring for:
Pizzaiolo (Pizza Cook) & Line Cook

Pizzaiolo (Pizza Cook)

Requirements:

• Proven experience with hand-stretched, stone-baked, or wood-fired pizza
• Ability to prep and manage dough, sauces, and toppings
• Skilled at working clean and fast under pressure
• Comfortable with high-volume service and maintaining consistency

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas to spec during service
• Manage pizza station prep, cleanliness, and rotation
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Line Cook

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience on the line in a busy kitchen
• Skilled on multiple stations (sauté, grill, fryer, etc.)
• Strong knife skills and recipe execution
• Team player with a sense of urgency and pride in quality

Responsibilities:

• Execute dishes accurately and efficiently during service
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Assist with prep and uphold kitchen standards
