Physiotherapist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Assist patients in improving movement, strength, and functional ability through therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery processes, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with other physiotherapists, pedorthists, and registered massage therapists
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• Valid license or certification as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards

Pay: $32.07-$96.33 per hour
