ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Exclusive Dry Cleaners is an exciting mobile app dry cleaning company that has a growing customer base. We take pride in our work and are changing the way customer service should be. SCOPE:

This role is responsible for delivering and picking up customer orders in Mississauga and Toronto, using the company vehicle.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Fridays between 9am - 6pm with some work on Saturdays and Weekday evenings

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver and pick-up orders in a timely manner
  • Verify order and accuracy
  • Build rapport with customers
  • Load and unload items from vehicle
  • Create a daily run schedule to outline the order in which you plan on making your pick-up and deliveries
  • Pack and tag items based on orders received
  • Input orders into handheld system
  • Other duties as requested

Skills Requirements

  • Clean driving record required
  • A valid Ontario Driver’s license
  • Drivers are required to own a smartphone with data plan
  • Previous experience with customers and sales is an asset
  • Ability to make deliveries of clothing in and around downtown Toronto with company vehicle
  • Must be able to perform physical lifting up to 25lbs
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Represent the Company with a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times even while under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
  • Training will be provided and work will increase with performance
  • No Criminal Records or Pardons - Criminal Check is required
