The Role

This isn't a typical barista job. You'll master our signature blending philosophy, crafting bold specialty teas and fragrant lattes with equal parts precision and soul.

What You'll Own:

• The Moment – Deliver a high-touch experience from first hello to final sip.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years in a high-volume café or bar environment — you know how to move behind the bar with a team.

• Detail-obsessed. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.

• Emotionally intelligent — you can read a room, connect with guests, and educate without ego.

• Food Handlers Certification is a strong asset.
