Food and Beverage Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that food is prepared and served in accordance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and coffee machines (barista experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality or serving roles is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$24.75 per hour
