Store Manager

Mountain Standard/Good Roots Cannabis is a locally owned Cannabis retailer located in Edmonton & Sherwood Park, AB.

We are looking to hire a great Store Manager, preferably with a background in (cannabis) retail customer service and/or sales.

Job Description:

• Have a great attitude and greet all customers with a smile
• Assist each customer in finding the right and most suitable product
• Increase Sales & Add-Ons, plus other key metrics
• Basic math skills: count and handle cash floats
• Staff Training & Team Leadership
• Staff Scheduling
• Keep track of inventory levels
• Store Reporting
• Help maintain store cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service

You Should Be:

• A quick learner
• Fun, friendly, and helpful
• A Team player
• Able to multitask
• Cannabis knowledge is an asset
• POS knowledge is an asset
• Some evening and weekend shifts may be needed

Requirements:

• Sellsafe Certification required within 30 days of hire
• 18+ Years Old
• Have a source of reliable transportation
• High School Diploma
• Some degree of customer service experience
• Attention to detail is important

Expected Hours: 40 /week
